Mr. V. Krishnaprasadh, Chairman & Managing Director, is in charge of overall operations of the Company. He is professionally qualified and has rich experience and exposure in property development activity. He has been establishing of huge residential apartment projects and mini satellite township projects during his previous assignments as CEO. He has more than a decade's experience in property development activity. He is ably assisted by the following key management team.

He was responsible for the completion of the following projects in his previous assignments;

During his assignment as " Chief Executive" in a Chennai based widely held property Public Limited Property Development Company:

Mrs. Nirmala.K.Prasadh, Finance Director of the Company is responsible for the Finance, Accounts & Secretarial. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has rich experience and exposure in appraisal of the working capital requirments for medium and large scale industrial undertakings, appraisal of CMA data, Board Notes, and Banking.

Mr. Narasimma Raghavan. R , AGM Finance & Company Secretary is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and is in charge of Finance, Accounts and Secretarial functions of the Company.

Mr. D. Shanmughasundaram , AGM Projects is Graduate in Civil Engineering and has around 15 years of rich experience in the field of construction. He is in charge of total projects management, co-ordinating with architects, structural, electrical, statutory and plumbing contractors, preparation of feasibility reports, etc.

Mr. V. Ganesh, AGM HR & Legal is Post graduate in  Economics and has around 30 years of experience in handling Legal and Human resources related activities.  In charge of the Legal, Administration and other Human Resources activities like recruitment, staffing, training etc for the company
