A/C points will be 25 Amps metal clad plug and socket - Provision for concealed stabilizer and A/C drain points. Sufficient and adequate electrical points will be provided for fans, lights, A/C units, Geyser points, Washing Machine, Mixie and Grinders.

Each house will have a 3 side compound wall and a 3' width wicket Gate and 10' Width Grill Gate in the front side for car park entry.
